With years of business savvy in tow, leadership coach, consultant, facilitator and professional speaker Christie Mann continues to carry out her calling to inspire brilliant people to new heights. Christie is an accredited member of the International Coach Federation and as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach trained through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Francisco. Christie’s mission is to revolutionize and enlighten corporate leadership and to empower people to lead their best lives through the use of effective coaching.

Prior to discovering her calling, Christie was making waves in Eastern Canadian marketing and operations circles. Christie joined Cossette Communications in 2001 where she worked on some of the worlds leading brands as a business relationship manager. Christie soon rose up the ranks when in 2004 she broke new ground with her first start-up. As owner/operator of her own marketing consulting firm, Christie led McDonalds Restaurants of Canada in the recruitment, coaching, and development of an Ontario-wide community relations team. Christie quickly became comfortable in her role as marketing trainer and coach, and in 2006 she discovered her life’s calling to be a leadership coach. During an intensive 2-year coach training program, Christie continued to innovate and implement coaching systems in a variety of fields. Most notably, Blink Media Works enlisted Christie in 2007 to develop and implement a corporate culture program while she provided leadership coaching to Senior and Executive Management Team members.

Christie's practice and reputation continued to grow, and in 2009 she turned her attention to Internal Strategy Execution (Coaching) at The Bank of Montreal where she successfully embedded a culture of leadership through behaviour-based, performance-driven coaching. Christie continues to work with BMO on the development, design and implementation of coaching tools and curriculum. Christie has also worked with the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area as producer of a leadership conference where she succeeded in preparing and promoting BIA Executive Directors to move from management roles into leadership roles. Perhaps Christie’s proudest work is as facilitator and coach of the 889 Yonge Leadership team, with the culmination of years of training and coaching best practices, Christie has custom designed, facilitated and lead monthly Group Coaching sessions for the team which has had a significant impact on employee engagement, customer satisfaction and business results. A life long-learner, Christie has a B.A. in Media Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the internationally acclaimed Co-Active Leadership Program through CTI, where she learned how to have a more powerful, positive, and lasting impact within organizations and among communities and individuals.
