Who is Christie Mann?

With years of business savvy in tow, leadership coach, consultant, and professional speaker Christie Mann has been carrying out her calling to inspire brilliant people to new heights. As an accredited member of the International Coach Federation and as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach trained through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Francisco, CA, Christie's visions are to revolutionize and enlighten corporate leadership through authenticity, acknowledgment and accountability and to empower women to improve their lives through powerful conversation.

Prior to living her life's passion, natural-born leader and entrepreneur Christie was making waves in Eastern Canada's most influential Marketing and Operations circles. She consistently generated an impressive track record of stimulating business and the personal growth of her teams. At Cossette Communications in Toronto, Christie developed her flair for building productive business relationships with leading world brands. She went on to start her first entrepreneurial endeavor, operating a marketing consultancy where she worked with clients that included esteemed local business improvement organizations and McDonald's Restaurants Franchisees. She was later approached by McDonald's Restaurants of Canada to recruit, coach and develop a team of community relations representatives across the province of Ontario. Christie's strong entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to individual personal and professional development have been driving forces throughout her career.

Christie has spent the past two-years in Vancouver B.C. developing her client base, consulting to and implementing coaching and better business practices with a variety of companies. Most recently, Blink Media Works enlisted Christie to identify, develop and implement their unique corporate culture via personalized strategies and programs. In addition to company-wide training, she also individually coached the senior and executive management team. Christie's focus on passion, accountability and communication has shown to dramatically strengthen her clients' lives, business, and overall team satisfaction.

A life long-learner, Christie has a B.A. in Media Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario. Next spring, she will be starting her newest challenge to complete the M.A. Leadership program at the University of Guelph. She is also currently enrolled in the internationally acclaimed Co-Active Leadership Program at CTI where she is learning how to have a more powerful, positive, and lasting impact within organizations, her profession and the community.
