Christie is an experienced Leadership consultant working with Fortune 500s and start-ups on developing programs, meetings and events with a leadership focus. In 2009 Christie turned her attention to Internal Coaching for Performance at The Bank of Montreal where she was part of a team that successfully embedded a culture of leadership through behaviour-based, performance-driven coaching. Christie continues to work with BMO on the development, design and implementation of coaching tools and curriculum and is a well-respected facilitator and coach throughout the organization.

Being a certified coach, facilitator and experienced designer Christie has developed and led 100’s of successful meetings and events resulting in aligned teams and improved business results.
Christie has worked with the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area since 2004 developing unique programs and initiatives to improve the streets of downtown Toronto. Most recently Christie produced a 3-day Leadership Conference where she succeeded in preparing and promoting BIA Executive Directors to move from management roles into leadership roles. Christie also provides Corporate Coaching to Executive Directors of BIAs.
