Christie has been an incredible inspiration to me! Through working with Christie, I have learned so much about myself and how I am the one in control of my life, not anyone else. She has helped me to understand how to eliminate sabotaging thoughts and to live more authentically which in turn has helped me to make the changes to lead me to live the life that I want everyday. Change can be difficult, but in working with Christie, I now see my strengths more clearly and I am now moving forward in a more positive way to make every day count! Christie has challenged me to look at old beliefs which I have held and helped me identify the tools within myself to make effective change happen. Friends have commented that I am “showing up different” and I know I am in part to what I feel is the amazing coaching journey that Christie has taken me on. I feel confident and I am continuously reaching for the “jolly ball of life” that is filled with opportunity, respect, love, and everything that I want to lead a truly fulfilled, inspired, healthy and happy life!
