Christie Mann is a best-selling author, executive coach, speaker, and embodiment teacher who helps women and organizations lead from emotional truth, spiritual alignment, and integrated wholeness.
As co-founder of UpLevel, a leadership development company trusted by global brands like Google, lululemon, and Disney, Christie designs and delivers transformational learning experiences for leaders in over 100 countries. With more than two decades of experience across marketing, operations, business development, and learning & development, she brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and soul-centered leadership to every space she enters.
Christie holds a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology and serves on the faculty of both CTI and The Trium Group, where she guides leaders through deep identity work, conscious communication, and embodied transformation.
She is the author of The Adventures of Lil’ Sass, an award-winning children’s book series on emotional literacy, and the upcoming book Claiming All of Me: Coming Home to the Truth of Who I Am, a powerful call for women to reclaim their wholeness and lead from the truth of who they are.
