This included: Partnering with local businesses such as Shoppers Drug Mart and Toronto’s Gay Pride Parade committee to co-design and execute cross promotions.
Led the marketing to raise significant funds for the Ronald McDonald Children’s Charity in conjunction with McHappy Day by getting local radio stations and public figures into the restaurant and creating community involvement and participation.
Found her true calling and passion for coaching and leadership development through her own trials and tribulations of recruiting, training, developing and managing a team of community relations representatives responsible for executing local marketing programs, building community relations and increasing sales in ten markets across Ontario, Canada.
